SARS CoV spike protein is a large glycoprotein on the virus surface. Immunogenicity studies have shown that this protein induces the production of SARS virus neutralizing antibodies.

We currently have a full-length his tagged S protein and a truncated S protein with a transmembrane deletion (TM). We are developing a purification process for SARS CoV N, M, and E proteins.
